Job OverviewOur organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Risk and Controls Lead. This position involves overseeing the effective management of technology risks across our operations, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing controls and strategies to prevent adverse outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and implement policies and procedures, promoting a culture of risk awareness and responsible decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on risk-related metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business strategy and drive growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, technology governance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
