Social Media Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that enhance Alma's online presence across various platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end social media strategies to elevate Alma's reputation and engagement.
  • Create and manage captivating content, including writing posts, designing visuals, and producing video content.
  • Monitor, engage, and grow Alma's online community, fostering relationships with followers and expanding our reach.
  • Explore new social media platforms and tools to expand Alma's digital footprint.
Content Collaboration & Event Marketing

As a Social Media Strategist, you will also collaborate with stakeholders and community members to gather stories and insights for newsletters and social media content. Additionally, you will plan and execute compelling events, such as webinars and community meet-ups, to promote Alma's services and build relationships with our target audience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and community members to gather valuable content.
  • Plan and strategize topics for our fortnightly newsletter.
  • Write detailed case studies showcasing client success stories and the impact of our services.
  • Manage Alma's event page, ensuring it is up-to-date with all hosted events.
  • Promote events effectively through social media and other marketing channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
Campaign Analytics & Reporting

You will track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital channels, using insights to refine strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to inform and enhance Alma's social media approach.

  • Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Exceptional content writing skills tailored to diverse platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tracking metrics and using social media tools to measure campaign success.
Compensation & Benefits
