Digital Community Builder

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Builder to join our team at the Tonomy Foundation. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our online community, driving engagement, and fostering a sense of belonging among our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and other online communities.
- Create compelling content, social posts, articles, guides, and other materials to educate and excite the community, while also resonating with their interests and needs.
- Maintain open communication channels by monitoring discussions, posts, and chats, responding promptly and thoughtfully to community questions and concerns.
- Organize and host live AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, webinars, and other interactive events to boost community involvement and product awareness.
- Gather feedback from the community and provide insights to our product and development teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Analyze engagement metrics using analytics tools to track the effectiveness of community initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Broadcast company blogs, articles, and marketing promotions to support community growth and foster collaboration.
- Moderate community conflicts and handle sensitive issues with professionalism and tact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a community manager or similar role in the cryptocurrency/blockchain space or a startup environment.
- In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies and familiarity with graphic design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Experience with social media management and analytics platforms, as well as the ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience managing active online communities in the crypto space.
