We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Executive to join our team at V FIVE Hotels. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-organized, with all necessary materials readily available.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, and ensure that messages are conveyed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing packages for dispatch.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain a fully stocked and functional front desk.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, and ensure that all data is secure and confidential.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including travel arrangements, schedule management, and special projects.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines, including fax, printer, and other equipment.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications are an asset.
