As a Document Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying documents submitted by clients to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and authenticate documents to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Manage data collection, storage, processing, and retrieval to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Submit documents to reinsurers, monitor agreements, and follow up with clients and reinsurers.
  • Handle inquiries from reinsurers and clients, assist in the quick settlement of funds, and ensure smooth team operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting junior technicians with technical queries and troubleshooting systems issues.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of work and Junior Technicians' tasks.
  • Producing necessary documentation to support claims advice and collection.

This role requires a strong understanding of reinsurance principles, contracts, and market practices.
