About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data migration from legacy systems to our cutting-edge PLM platform. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the migration of critical data, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

Your Day-to-Day

  • You will develop and execute detailed migration plans, incorporating timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business units, you will understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • You will perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities, ensuring seamless data transfer and integration with our SAP systems.
  • With your analytical skills, you will identify and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • You will create comprehensive documentation of migration processes, methodologies, and best practices to support future projects and audits.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in data migration, preferably within a PLM environment, with a solid focus on Teamcenter, SAP, and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex data migration issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
  • Experience in managing data migration projects, with a track record of delivering successful migrations on time and within budget.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
