Drive Customer Growth and Product Execution

The ideal candidate for this role will drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments, combining strategic consulting with hands-on execution. Leveraging data-driven insights and structured experimentation, they will unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute product strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty
  • Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost customer retention and engagement
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and optimize performance
  • Lead A/B testing and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas and measure results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and an MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 23 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
  • Industry experience in Fintech / Gaming / Ecommerce is required
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with numbers, data analysis, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
