Job Role

We re seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Generative AI Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with the latest technology and want to be part of something innovative.

This role involves creating training data sets for AI models, annotating data to help AI models align with human values, analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.

The ideal candidate will have a master s or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, excellent writing skills, strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields, creativity, attention to detail, well-honed internet research skills, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice
  • Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
  • Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets
  • Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
Requirements
  • Master s/ M. Phil or Ph. D. degree in Physics , Chemistry , Math, Biology , Medicine , Linguistics, Journalism, History , EconomicsCreative Writing, English or similar
  • Excellent writing skills (in English)
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields
