Job Title: Generative AI Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Specialist to develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing dynamic workflows using LangChain or CrewAI, enabling semantic search and retrieval with vector databases like Pinecone, designing ETL pipelines, and implementing NLP solutions for tasks like intent detection and sentiment analysis.

They will also develop backend APIs and services using Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask, and contribute to scalable microservice-based architectures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML development and backend system

- Strong grasp of algorithms, model training, evaluation, and tuning

- Experience working with LLMs, RAG architecture, and fine-tuning techniques

- Hands-on experience building AI workflows using toolkits like LangChain

- Proficiency in text analytics, classification, tokenization, embeddings

- Practical use of tools like Pinecone, FAISS, or similar for retrieval-augmented generation

- Ability to work with large datasets, optimize storage, and processing pipelines

- Experience in querying and managing structured and unstructured data

- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask

- Strong understanding of building pipelines for clean and efficient data processing
