About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Data Scientist – Generative AI Specialist
to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cutting-edge NLP techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building end-to-end AI pipelines, integrating advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and deploying models at scale using cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models for diverse business use cases.
  • Implement
    LLM-based applications
    with
    RAG
    pipelines, embeddings, and semantic search.
  • Develop intelligent agents using
    Agentic AI frameworks
    such as LangChain and Hugging Face.
  • Build and manage
    Knowledge Graphs
    for improved reasoning and contextual understanding.
  • Optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM applications.
  • Integrate AI models into scalable APIs using
    FastAPI
    or equivalent frameworks.
  • Leverage
    Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AzureML
    , and other cloud AI platforms for deployment.
  • Manage
    MLOps pipelines
    using tools like MLflow, Databricks, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Work with
    Vector Databases
    (e.g., Faiss, Redis) for embedding storage and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, code, and best practices for AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 4–5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in Generative AI and LLM projects.
  • Strong hands-on coding experience in Python and AI frameworks.
  • Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production.
