We are seeking a skilled professional to join The Edge Partnership - The Edge in Asia's team in Bangalore as a Global FX Non-Financial Risk Specialist. This role is focused on overseeing the control and conduct framework, assisting in governance processes, and enhancing control standards for the FX, EM Rates, and Commodities business lines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the conduct agenda and managing the control framework for risk mitigation.
  • Conducting Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) and targeted reviews.
  • Serving as the contact point for audits and independent reviews.
  • Ensuring timely remediation of issues and enhancements to the control environment.
  • Overseeing risk management for new products in the market's domain.
  • Collaborating with NFR teams, front-office management, and global stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • 7-12 years of experience.
  • A degree holder with a minimum of 5 years in business management or non-financial risk / control roles within markets businesses.
  • An understanding of markets products, especially foreign exchange.
  • Critical thinking with the ability to assess risks and controls end-to-end.
  • Data analysis and business analysis experience.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
