Treasury Operations Role Overview

As a key member of the Finance team at Teva Pharmaceuticals, the Treasury Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial operations. This position is responsible for managing daily treasury activities, ensuring accurate cash forecasting, and promoting an advanced risk management culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management: Prepare daily cash positions, manage cash forecasting, and track inter-company receivables and payables.
  • Treasury Accounting: Process accounting entries, investigate discrepancies, and monitor payment processes initiated by Operations.
  • Foreign Exchange (FX) Management: Support FX conversions, derivatives operations, and awareness of foreign exchange exposures.
  • Risk Management: Promote an advanced risk management culture, ensure timely booking of FX exposures, and track translation differences on cash.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: CA Inter with 0-1 year experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Well-versed with latest trends, technology, and best practices in the industry.
  • Work Experience: Experience in fast-paced multinational matrix organizations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong change management, communication, and influencing skills, fluent verbal and written communication in English, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
