We are currently seeking a diligent and resourceful Legal Operations Specialist to provide critical legal support and ensure compliance within our operations. You will be responsible for preparing vital legal reports, managing financial processes, vetting property documents, and supporting business and credit teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Comprehensive Legal Reports on approved projects and financial facilities.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of Property Documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide timely guidance and support to the business and credit teams in achieving operational objectives.
  • Apply a deep understanding of Local Laws and Regulations that impact our operations.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of various financial collaterals and associated risks.
  • Recommend and manage legal-related deviations while safeguarding company risks.
  • Handle additional responsibilities assigned by senior management.
  • Respond promptly to legal queries from internal teams and manage Management Information System functions related to legal operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sound understanding of Local Laws and Regulations relevant to the business.
  • Knowledge of various financial collaterals and associated risks.
  • Ability to recommend legal deviations while ensuring risk mitigation.
  • Strong analytical and research skills for legal documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for supporting business and credit teams and responding to queries.
  • Detail-oriented approach for vetting property documents and preparing reports.
  • Proficiency in managing MIS functions.
