Senior Legal Manager Position

 

  • Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate should possess the ability to draft comprehensive contracts including Business Agreements, Lease Deeds, and other legal documents.
  • To handle matters related to intellectual property rights, trademarks, and consumer cases involving trade mark infringement and protection.
  • Assume responsibility for defending clients in judicial and quasi-judicial forums, handling litigations, and court procedures related to a company's daily operations.

 

Essential Candidate Profile

1. The candidate should hold a law degree from a reputable institution with a regular stream of 5 years or a 3-year BL/LLB degree with graduation.

2. A minimum post-qualification experience of 10-15 years is required in a medium or large organization or law firm.

3. The successful candidate should be willing to travel extensively throughout South India, visiting retail stores.
