Job Title: Legal Executive

We are seeking a skilled Legal Executive to join our team, supporting the legal department with expertise and knowledge.

About this Role:
  • The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis on various legal topics, staying up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Draft and review a range of legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and license agreements, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and review other legal documents, such as tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, and terms and conditions, maintaining high standards.
  • Support the human resources department in drafting and reviewing HR-related documents, showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal agreements and documents, adhering to best practices.
  • Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree) is required for this position, ensuring the candidate has a solid foundation in law.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a related field is essential, providing the necessary depth of understanding and expertise.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are crucial, enabling the candidate to excel in their role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are vital, allowing the candidate to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related tools is expected, ensuring the candidate can work efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative is necessary, demonstrating self-motivation and drive.
