IVR Test Engineering Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Specialist to join our IVR Test Engineering team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global IVR Test Engineering team to deliver high-quality IVR testing services.
  • Align with business partner objectives and deliver results according to agreed schedules and specifications.
  • Provide technical inputs to assist Team Leads and Assistant Project Managers in creating project plans, schedules, effort estimates, requirement gathering, analysis, and risk analysis.
  • Escalate issues timely and appropriately, taking necessary measures to improve quality and prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze changes in technology and processes across the Group/regions that impact development and support of builds and tools.
  • Buddy/mmentor junior resources on technical areas and ensure project delivery does not suffer while replacing a resource.
  • Handle technical escalations for the team and conduct relevant training sessions to develop skills of team members.
  • Suggest and implement best-in-class industry practices in projects, as applicable.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in IVR testing using Cyara.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including writing clear, concise, and precise test cases and executing them.
  • Document test cases, record test progress and results, create test plans, identify and track bugs, research and analyze product features being tested.
  • Experience in IVR testing, banking domain knowledge, hands-on experience with Natural Language Call Starring testing (NLCE)/voice Bio testing, HP QC test management tool, End-to-End IVR testing experience, and Voice Biometrics and Speech/Conversational IVRs.
  • High-level understanding of Genesys platform, knowledge of Cyara tool for test automation, Hammer tool for performance testing, and prior experience managing/global teams.
