Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Plant Engineering Manager to lead our Plant Engineering Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and preparation of reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven working experience in Leadership Role in Plant Engineering Services organization.
  • People Skills: People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (PMI) are desirable.
  • Multidisciplinary Knowledge: Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
