Project Manager & IT Service Delivery Expert

This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management, service delivery, and team management. He or she should be able to develop effective strategies for achieving project goals and ensure timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and oversee project execution ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets.

  • Manage and monitor SLA and KPI performance across multiple projects, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Oversee resource allocation and utilization to achieve project objectives.

  • Lead risk and issue management activities, proactively identifying potential risks and addressing them promptly.

  • Monitor and report on project financial performance, including billing processes.

  • Develop and implement process improvements through continuous feedback from teams and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related field.

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile certifications are essential.

  • Experience: Greater than 8 years in service delivery, EUC, Networking, or similar roles in IT Managed services.

  • Proven track record of managing projectized environments, IT service delivery, and people management.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing diverse teams.

  • Expertise in project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).

  • Proficiency in team management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project).

  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

  • Responsible for managing accounts with significant revenue sizes.
  • Leading project-based teams across multiple projects concurrently.
  • Occasional travel to customer or project sites may be required.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet project milestones or address critical issues.
