End-to-End Property Closing Specialist

This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the entire property closing process from booking to registration/handover.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, documentation, and customer-handling skills to provide a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute end-to-end property closing strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of agreements, payment schedules, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze and resolve client queries related to agreements, stamp duty, registration, and possession.
  • Presentation of weekly progress reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3–6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing/registration/documentation.
  • Extensive knowledge of property registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA compliance, and loan disbursement processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and document handling.
