Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

This is a leadership position that oversees all financial aspects of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, budgeting and financial planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly and year-end financial statements for regulatory purposes.
  • Leading the preparation of periodic financial reports and month-to-month analysis, balance sheet documentation as well as ad hoc analyses.
  • Ensuring that financial reporting procedures are aligned with corporate standards.
  • Planning, organizing, and reviewing activities of the accounting team including accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and cash management.
  • Working with corporate to grow the finance function globally.
  • Leading the year-end audit process, ensuring financial statements comply with relevant standards and practices.
  • Promoting the use of common and harmonized processes and tools based on best practices.
  • Collaborating with FP&A and Global Finance to provide support for planning initiatives through financial analysis and management information.
  • Ensuring all internal controls and procedures are in place and effective.

Certifications: Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant.

Professional experience: A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, with experience working in a multi-site environment and international operations, and managing a full-cycle accounting team.

Key competencies: Good knowledge of IFRS standards, advanced knowledge of Excel, and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
