At Flex, we're committed to creating a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation. As a Junior Financial Analyst - Cost Accounting Solutions, you'll play a key role in supporting our teams who build great products and contribute to our growth.


About the Role

This position involves performing various cost accounting activities, understanding corporate policies, and implementing time-saving initiatives. You'll work closely with operations teams, track reasons for metric non-conformances, and post month-end journal entries related to accruals and reclass in ERP.

You'll also be responsible for preparing and maintaining SOPs in line with the latest processes and documenting them in DMS. Additionally, you'll learn and serve as a backup for cost accountants.


Requirements
  • Basic level knowledge in MS applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good team player with analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and deploy skills learnt in day-to-day process
  • B.com/BBA (Finance)/M.com/MBA (Finance) Freshers/0-2 years of experience in relevant field
