Financial Cost Controller

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to fill the position of Cost Accountant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing robust costing systems, project margin tracking, and financial reporting frameworks.
About the RoleThis is a foundational finance role that supports leadership in pricing, profitability analysis, and ERP readiness. You will work across diverse verticals, collaborating with operations and logistics to validate cost data and support ERP implementation for costing modules.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets
- Track material, labor, transport, and overheads per project
- Allocate shared costs across business verticals
- Create standard cost templates and monitor budget vs. actual
- Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate cost data
- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) preferred
- 3–6 years in cost accounting, preferably in infra, construction, or rentals
- ERP exposure (Tally Prime) is an advantage
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles
- Experience in project-based or rental-driven businesses
- Advanced Excel and cost reporting skills
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory, and shared cost allocation
