Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team.

  • This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labour regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract skilled artisans, experienced showroom executives, gem specialists, and back-office personnel.
  • Training & Development: Create training programs focused on product knowledge (e.g., antique jewellery, temple jewellery, hallmarking), customer interaction, and brand storytelling.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems that align employee goals with store-level revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and product expertise.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the cultural, operational, and consumer nuances of South jewellery retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities with high emotional intelligence.
  • Able to balance traditional brand values with modern HR practices.
