Backend Systems Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Systems Leader to drive the technical direction of our backend systems.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead the design and development of scalable and secure backend solutions. You will also mentor junior engineers and ensure they adhere to best practices in system architecture and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Architect and implement robust microservices and API designs.
  • Guide the team in adopting best practices in system architecture and code quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) integration.
