Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to fill this key position.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, API testing, and database testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automation tests using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, and TestNG.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing using Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure efficient testing of applications.
  • Mentor and lead QA teams in an Agile environment to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 5 years of experience in automation testing, API testing, and database testing.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git and SVN.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker).
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
