Role Overview

This global organization is seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to lead the Workspace ONE team in shaping the future of work. As a respected technical expert, you will be responsible for managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and respectful dialogue within the team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable enterprise-grade software.
  • Champion engineering excellence through continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and team practices.
  • Solve complex technical challenges using data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hands-on coding and debugging (C#.Net/Microservices).
  • Architecting and designing enterprise software and cloud services (HLD & LLD).
  • Project and people management.
  • Oversee engineering projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and scope alignment.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and enforce best practices in software development and architecture.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and support engineers in their professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Security, and Engineering.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Deep hands-on experience in software development C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong architectural and design skills for scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
  • Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, including hands-on CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with distributed, global teams.

Preferred Qualifications include experience with .Net core, .net standard, asp.net, and hands-on using Kafka, micro-services, and other cloud design patterns.
