Operations Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to drive growth and efficiency across critical business functions. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of experience in leading operations, projects, and continuous improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Execute operational excellence programs, develop strategic plans, and implement process improvements to enhance overall performance.
  • Project Management: Identify process gaps, implement solutions using project management methodologies, and ensure efficient delivery of initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through internal audits, benchmarking analysis, and NPS initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant Functional background.
  • Experience: Previous work experience of 3-5 years in leading operations, projects, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, presentation skills, change management, E2E project management, cross-department collaboration, and expert-level MS Excel, Word, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
