Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead and deliver strategic digital initiatives.

This position assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project/program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure that solutions are optimal and aligned with business requirements
  • Participate in technical discussions and position technical trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Present/explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to define project plan, KRAs and process.
  • Communicate the project status and structure across the team and departments
  • Ensure that projects remain on target to meet deadlines
  • Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solution is delivered
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of executing projects in areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management
  • Understanding of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines
