Job Opportunity: Beauty Department Leader

In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the beauty department and driving business expansion through exceptional customer service sales, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. To excel in this position, you will leverage your technical expertise in skin & hair services, sales orientation, and team leadership to ensure client delight and business success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives by promoting our extensive range of beauty products and services.
  • Drive revenue growth by maximizing upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Maintain exceptionally high service standards to achieve a client satisfaction rate of >90%.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and resolve client concerns with a client-centric approach.
  • Ensure timely delivery of excellent results through efficient package execution and follow-ups.
  • Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), hygiene, and equipment maintenance to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Effectively track product consumption and manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system entries to maintain data integrity.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team to drive performance and productivity.
  • Allocate work tasks, manage rosters, and monitor performance to ensure effective team management.
  • Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances to foster a positive team culture.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional growth and activations that enhance our beauty services.
