The Role: Content Creator

  • Create engaging content for social media channels, including memes, infographics, short videos, carousels, etc.
  • Develop original ideas that align with political and social messaging.
  • Utilize design tools like Canva and mobile-first video editing apps to create and edit content efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content to ensure posts are timely, relevant, and shareable.
  • Work closely with communications team members to ensure all content is factually accurate and aligned with the overall narrative and campaign objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
  • Mastery of Canva: High proficiency in Canva or similar tools is essential.
  • Video Editing Skills: Experience with mobile video editing apps for creating sharp, fast-paced Reels and Shorts.
  • Social Media Native: An intuitive understanding of what type of content works and why on different social media platforms.
  • Speed & Agility: The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and turn around high-quality content quickly.
