Key Process Specialist Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to support our Human Resources Operations function, who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes across various tasks, including onboarding, document verification, HRMS management, payroll inputs, audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage HRMS data, handle change management for employee ID creation, timesheet and leave data preparation, document verification, and HRMS helpdesk management.
  • Input new employee data, process salary inputs for new joiners, manage employee referrals and bonus sheets.
  • Update group organization charts monthly, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
  • Prepare and present accurate MIS reports and dashboards to senior management.
  • Address employee queries related to PF, Group Health & Term Insurance.
  • Manage vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services.
  • Compile and share weekly HR reports with stakeholders.
  • Prepare offer, appointment, and relieving letters of employees.
Requirements and Skills:
  • MBA in Human Resources or Finance.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
Tech Proficiencies:
  • Skilled in creating impactful presentations with strong visual design.
  • Expertise in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data sorting.
