Customer Service Ambassador
Job Summary:
As a key member of our global customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers. Your primary responsibility will be to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and courteous manner
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (internships count)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Calm and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Graduate degree in any stream
