Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of backend development experience in a SaaS startup or small team environment. Proven track record of delivering impactful features in a lean setup.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP and Laravel for backend development. Strong knowledge of MySQL for managing complex databases.
  • Mindset: Startup mentality: adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks. Customer-focused approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
