Job Title: Backend Development Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Backend Development Leader to spearhead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge backend architecture for our digital real estate platform.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design Scalable APIs: Develop robust, secure RESTful APIs to serve all frontend clients (web, iOS, Android).
  • Implement Business Logic: Design and develop the core business logic for all platform features, including user authentication, property management (CRUD), search algorithms, and monetization systems (subscriptions, payments).
  • Architect Database Schema: Manage the platform's database schema (PostgreSQL) ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  • Integrate Third-Party Services: Lead the integration of numerous third-party services, including payment gateways, mapping services, messaging APIs, and virtual tour providers.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML Team: Work with the AI/ML team to build data pipelines and API endpoints necessary to support features like recommendation engines and automated property valuations.
  • Integrate Blockchain Technologies: Collaborate with the Web3 team to integrate backend services with blockchain platforms for tokenization and cryptocurrency payment gateways.
  • Mentor Junior Developers: Mentor junior backend developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in backend software development, with a proven track record of building and launching complex, high-traffic applications.
