As a senior technical professional, you will take on a leadership role within our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review feasibility study reports to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the India-based team to create design specifications that adhere to client needs and monitor their preparation for timely delivery.
  • Work with the Local Head of Structures to agree and monitor scope of works.
  • Clearly outline building requirements and purpose of use to facilitate detailed design.
  • Conduct complex calculations and coordinate efforts to deliver designs that meet client expectations.
  • Review and ensure the production of calculations is completed accurately and efficiently, with information prepared for project costing on time.
  • Oversee the coordination of project contracts documents and reviews input from team members.
  • Lead the design process and foster an environment where the team can provide effective solutions.
  • Implement document control and QA processes, ensuring drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence are issued and filed properly.
  • Manage a team of Engineers and Revit Technicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in designing Building Structures with significant experience in a similar role or good track record.
  • Strong presentation skills required.
  • Proficiency in technical structural software such as RAM, CSC, ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project essential.
  • Fluent English language skills with excellent understanding of technical terminology.
  • Demonstrate strong management, communication, and technical skills.
