Job Summary

The Infusion Systems Sales Specialist is a key role at ICU Medical, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Regional Sales teams to grow the Medfusion and CADD infusion business. This position requires developing a pipeline of new opportunities, working with Clinicians to drive better clinical outcomes, and maintaining existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of new opportunities and work them to close against an annual quota.
  • Maintain existing customer base and grow competitive market share of the Medfusion and CADD infusion portfolios.
  • Master presentation skills and command of technical knowledge of the ICU family of infusion devices.
  • Effectively communicate professionally with Clinicians on industry guidelines and ICU Medical's Infusion products.
  • Clearly understand competing products and position ICU Medical's offerings clinically and technically.
  • Be the expert and consultative problem solver and strategic seller with the Regional team.
  • Conduct Medfusion and CADD demos in the acute care space.
  • Communicate strategies with the Regional team on how to maintain and grow the infusion business.
  • Meet and exceed all agreed upon annual ICU Medical organizational performance objectives.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Occasionally work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, energetic, professional, and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills.
  • Strong organization skills and able to multitask.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience.
  • Having Infusion Device sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of making quota/growth in territory, development of existing customer relationships with Clinicians.
Work Environment

This job is a field-based role requiring occasional travel. The employee must hold a valid driver's license and comply with the Authorized Driver Policy to drive on behalf of the company. Work may be performed in a home office using standard office equipment, as well as on-site at customer locations.
