Key Responsibilities

As a Software Quality Engineer II at FedEx Logistics, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of software quality methods and processes. This includes tests, methods, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance standards.

• Develop and execute software quality assurance plans to ensure continuous improvement to software quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain software quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Provide training and support to team members on software quality best practices and procedures.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure software quality meets business requirements.
