Digital Transformation Leader

This role is pivotal in driving the growth strategy of our Resource Management division.
The ideal candidate will have 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
- Strategic Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning our solutions with client business goals.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish us as a premier staffing partner.
- Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, deepening existing relationships, and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels. With a focus on sustainable growth, innovation, and client success, this role is central to positioning us as the staffing partner of choice for industry leaders.
A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
