Our organization is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Summary:

This is a key position that requires the ability to manage financial reporting, month-end closing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as ensuring timely and accurate filing of GST returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Month-End Closure: Manage the entire month-end book closure process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial data accuracy.
  • Revenue and Expense Management: Review expenses for proper classification, recognition, and TDS compliances, as well as oversee revenue recognition processes.
  • GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports and management information systems (MIS) for senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or finance role.
  • Proven expertise in financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and GST compliances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
