Job OverviewWe are seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure secure, reliable IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with colleagues.
Main Responsibilities- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Processes: Provision laptops, accounts, and tools for new hires and decommission resources for departing employees.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep up-to-date records of IT support procedures.
- Systems Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions across Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Network & Security Management: Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data (HIPAA, SOC2 alignment).
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT professional.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or similar experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
