About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership: Develops and implements academic strategies, promotes student growth, and fosters a love for learning.
  • Community Connect: Establishes and maintains positive relationships with parents through regular meetings and events.
  • Communication Processes: Ensures effective communication among stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust.
  • Student Focus: Prioritizes the academic, emotional, and social needs of students, providing support and guidance.
  • Organizing Events and Workshops: Plans and executes relevant workshops, events, and activities that enhance student learning and creativity.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in any subject (preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences).
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B.Ed./M.Ed.).
  • Proficiency in technology and language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with CBSE board policies and practices; experience with other boards is also welcome.
  • Updated knowledge in teaching methodologies, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review, student assessment, and more.
