Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, and store movement.

  • Operations Management
  • You will monitor and coordinate internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders and projects.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing vendor performance and procurement timelines.
  • You will also monitor inventory movement and maintain reorder levels for fast-moving SKUs.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Accurate data-driven decisions rely on thorough analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. As an Operations Specialist, your role involves maintaining and analyzing reports related to sales orders, dispatches, delivery timelines, vendor SLAs, stock levels, and cost optimization.

  • Reports and Analysis
  • You will share accurate dashboards with management to aid data-driven decisions.
  • You will automate manual reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.
  • You will identify operational bottlenecks using data and suggest corrective actions.
Process Improvement & SOP Adherence

Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed is crucial. You will identify inefficiencies and propose system/process improvements, assist in onboarding new processes/tools, and adhere to existing SOPs.
