Business Development Executive

About the Role
GlowRoad is a leading social commerce platform empowering sellers to reach end customers via resellers in over 20,000 pin codes across 2,000 locations. As a key member of our Category Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion in Tier II and III markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of GlowRoad's services, products, and functions to effectively communicate their value proposition to external audiences.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive sales growth and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster long-term partnerships with valuable sellers by providing them with the necessary support and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, finance, catalog, logistics, product management) to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Drive seller launch, selection, and success through targeted initiatives and strategies.
- Identify potential sellers and industry verticals for various services using industry knowledge and insights.
- Train and enable portfolio of sellers to become self-reliant through basic training programs.
- Deliver results-driven outcomes with high standards, acting as an owner of your work.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar market.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
