Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Reservation Sales Specialist to manage guest reservations, drive sales conversions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages and promotions.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
  • Coordinate with operational teams for guest requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences and reports.
  • Built strong relationships with corporates, travel agents and repeat guests.
  • Handle cancellations, modifications and special requests efficiently.
  • Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews and ensure timely responses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Prior experience in reservations, sales or guest relations.
  • Strong communication skills in English preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and OTA platforms.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented and detail-focused individual.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
