Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global HRIS Analyst. This role requires a strong background in HR systems, data analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in functional Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Business Processes, and Reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to a global workforce.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, particularly MS Excel, with solid skills in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience building complex calculated fields and condition rules for utilization in business processes and reports.
  • Full cycle implementation of any Workday module.
  • Building and troubleshooting integrations and EIBs.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to identify systemic versus end-user issues and resolve or escalate as needed.
