Job Title: People Analytics Business Partner

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in HR and analytics. As a People Analytics Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, providing analytical support to business leaders, and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current business priorities and objectives.
- Consult with HRBPs, HR COEs, and leaders across the business to ensure reporting and analysis align with business objectives.
- Serve as a thought partner to HRBPs and other leaders, conducting analyses and literature reviews to advise on key business and people questions.
- Leverage academic and industry research, analytics, and knowledge of HR trends to address practical business challenges.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working in HR and/or consulting to organizations (with 5+ years in people analytics).
- Expertise in I/O psychology or a related field (i.e., advanced degree or equivalent experience in topics related to workplace psychology).
- Statistical and analytical proficiency (i.e., able to interpret, explain and answer questions about data analysis and results, conduct basic statistical analyses).
- Strong competency in storytelling with data and research, while ensuring the integrity of the results.
- Strong business acumen.
- Solid understanding of the HR landscape (functions and processes) and existing challenges and best practices.
- Excellent ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Python or R skills proficiency.
- HR Analytics Certification.
