Stripe Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Stripe Implementation Specialist to lead the development and integration of our payment platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience with Stripe APIs, webhooks, and modules.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring Stripe modules for payments, billing, and subscriptions
  • Designing and maintaining API integrations between Stripe and internal platforms
  • Building and managing test data environments for simulation and edge case testing
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and troubleshooting technical and business process issues

Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as a Stripe Developer or Engineer, including leading at least one Stripe implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Stripe APIs, webhooks, and modules
  • Experience with test data creation, automation, and CI/CD testing frameworks
  • Solid understanding of payment process flows, reconciliation, and dispute management

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription-based models
  • Familiarity with finance/accounting systems and data tools

Key skills include:

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to document processes and simplify complex workflows

This role requires a strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to troubleshoot technical and business process issues.
