Senior Java Developer Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to lead our team in building scalable enterprise applications.
Job Description
  • This role requires an individual with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based microservices and APIs.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Config Server, and API Gateway.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures using Kafka/RabbitMQ is also required.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in developing user-facing applications with React framework.
  • A strong focus on writing high-quality, maintainable code with thorough unit testing (UTs) is essential.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions is a must.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Overall Experience: 7+ years in Java development.
  • Java (8 & above): Strong programming skills – Mandatory.
  • Microservices: 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Spring Boot + Spring Framework: 4+ years.
  • Kafka: Minimum 1 year (Apache Kafka expertise required).
  • Database: 4+ years (SQL, JPA/Hibernate – at least 2 years).
  • React Framework: Working experience in building UI applications.
  • Reactive Programming: Good to have, with knowledge of multithreading.
  • Cloud (AWS preferred): Good to have.
