Java Backend Developer Job Description

As a Java Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our company's web applications.

  • We are looking for a skilled Java developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-level web applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java programming language, as well as experience working with popular frameworks such as Spring Boot and Java Microservices.
  • This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices to ensure high-quality code.
  • Develop deep understanding of integrations with other systems and platforms within the supported domains.
  • Manage own time and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, preferably in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong understanding of Java 11 and above.
  • Experience working with popular frameworks such as Spring Boot and Java Microservices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
