Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Android-native components using Java/Kotlin for seamless integration with cross-platform builds.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to ensure secure data handling, storage, and permissions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Support responsive and accessible UI integration for mobile and web interfaces, prioritizing user experience and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python FastAPI, Java, and relevant frameworks like Spring Boot.
  • Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for efficient data flow between devices, apps, and servers, adhering to best practices and security standards.
  • Work closely with database administrators to design efficient schemas, implement secure data access patterns, and ensure database architecture supports scalability, redundancy, and compliance.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.), ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource utilization.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment, utilizing tools like Docker and Jenkins.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and automated quality checks, promoting high-quality software development practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack development with proven backend and Android expertise.
  • Proficiency in Java for Android and backend services.
  • Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot and Python (FastAPI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, deployment pipelines, relational, and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
